Taiwan Return Policy

A distributor's strong logistics and distribution capabilities, along with a robust after-sales service system, are crucial for their success. Distributors need to establish good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely access to product information, market support, and after-sales service.


Distributor Returns and Precautions:

The quantity of goods ordered by the distributor is confirmed by both parties. The distributor is fully responsible for this; unsold goods must be absorbed by the distributor. Goods sold to distributors cannot be returned arbitrarily.


Product Defects:

If the products sold by the distributor are defective, returns, exchanges, or repairs can be requested from the supplier or company in accordance with consumer protection laws or contractual terms.


Return Methods:

Return methods may include mailing, processing at a designated location, etc., depending on the contract and supplier's regulations.


Retaining Proof:

When returning goods, retain proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) and relevant proof of purchase for processing.


Preserving Original Product Condition:

Returned goods should be kept intact and properly preserved in their original packaging.

Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide your "Name", "Order Number", "Contact Number", "Name of Returned Item", "Reason for Return" and photos. Customer service will assist you with the return/exchange process upon receipt.

Exchange Policy:

We offer replacements only if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send an email to "info.tpe@glproduction.com" and mail your item to 5F, No. 1-1, Tianmu East Road, Shilin District, Taipei City.

 

Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
 

▪︎ Items that have exceeded the 7-day inspection period. ▪︎ Customized Products

▪︎ Products that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: soiling, malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, abrasions, or dirt.

▪︎ Returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.

▪︎ Malicious or bulk returns.

To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund Policy:

The refund amount only includes the purchase price of the returned product itself, excluding the original order's shipping costs or other related handling fees. The distributor will bear the return shipping costs.

If the returned order included a free gift, and the total amount after deducting the returned product's value does not meet the gift's requirements, the gift must be returned in brand new condition. Otherwise, the original price of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount (considered as a purchase).

Refund Method:

Cash on Delivery: After successful return confirmation, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
